The three sections of the Grades 9-12 Database are:

• Section A: Economic Concepts

  This section includes the key economic concepts—and associated outcomes/expectations—that are seen as important to analyzing key issues and making effective economic decisions.

• Section B: Key Economic Roles and Responsibilities

  This section reviews the key economic roles and responsibilities presented in the Economic Capabilities Guideline and then provides the associated learning outcomes/expectations.

• Section C: The Top 100

  This section, as a matter of potential interest to the user, lists the Top 100 outcomes/ expectations as determined by reviewers across the country. Reviewers were asked to indicate the relative importance of each outcome/expectation, and their responses were tabulated to determine those to be included in the Economics Life Skills courses/themes.
