Planning For Success
Users visit the "Enterprise Centre" and move to various floors, participating in a wide range of interactive learning activities. Through video, audio, and other features, they are introduced to the concept of entrepreneurship and explore the characteristics and skills important for entrepreneurship. They learn how to identify and assess entrepreneurial opportunities, how to generate and assess ideas, and more. The eleven floors of the Enterprise Centre have been designed to correlate with key curriculum areas, including characteristics, skills, opportunities, ideas, and planning. The Centre includes a workshop and tutorial floor to help the user develop related, practical skills (such as developing a cash-flow projection) and a library containing contact lists, bibliographies, and organization lists. A special floor, the "Swimming Pool," has been designed for learners aged 12-14 who "want to get their feet wet." To get the most out of the program, the following equipment is the minimum required:
